Trusses soaring into place. Please notice flat-bottomed trusses, already up. “Scissor trusses” are arriving next, forming the cathedral ceiling for a great room.
This first photo shows flat trusses, already in place, with scissor trusses being installed. It is possible to transition from flat to scissor and back again, to fit the design of the building.
Our trusses are designed down to a portion of an inch, showing live, snow, and wind loads. Specific materials and quality are also specified. Copies of engineering data sheets are available to view at our office.
